Profile Processing Charge (PPC)
To support the editorial process and maintenance of URF Achievers and Innovations Magazine, a one-time Profile Processing Charge (PPC) of ₹500 is applicable for each profile and innovation submission.
The PPC is a service charge covering profile processing, editorial review, formatting, digital publication management, and administrative support.
Publication in URF Achievers and Innovations Magazine is free. The PPC is not a publication fee. All profiles are subject to editorial review and approval.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) Usage Policy
URF Achievers and Innovations Magazine recognizes the responsible use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to improve the quality of submitted profiles.
Authors and nominees may use AI-assisted tools to:
Correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
Improve language, readability, and sentence structure.
Enhance the overall presentation and formatting of the profile.
Translate the profile into English or other languages while preserving its original meaning.
However, AI tools must not be used to:
Generate or fabricate achievements, qualifications, awards, publications, patents, or professional experience.
Create false biographies or misleading information.
Alter factual information or misrepresent accomplishments.
Produce content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others.
Authors are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy, authenticity, and completeness of all submitted information, regardless of whether AI tools were used during the preparation of the profile.
The Editorial Board reserves the right to request supporting documentation, edit submitted content for clarity and consistency, or reject submissions containing inaccurate, fabricated, or misleading information.
